Information for your Wedding Video
Please send us the following information before your wedding so that we can produce your video without delay. All of your original items will be returned to you when we deliver your DVD. Unfortunately, if we do not have this material prior to your wedding, your DVD will be delayed.
Photos for slide show
If we are including growing up photos in your video, they will appear as a slide show at the beginning of the video. For a wedding video, you could include a total of up to twelve growing up photos and/or some photos of the bride and groom together. There are no rules around the order but if you do have a particular preference, please number the prints on the back from one to the last number. Do not use a marker. If there are ten photos, number them 1-10.
Prints are preferred. If you will be sending us digital images on DVD it is important that they are print quality, not email or web quality. This means they must be 300 dpi at 5x7. (Just because they can be viewed nicely on your computer monitor does not mean it will look good as a large image on your television since television resolution is lower.)
Photos must be removed from framed prints, regardless of the type of glass. Please do not send us the picture frame.
Music for background
We need background music for your video. Please provide the DVD or an original high quality recording in MP3 format. There are several places in the video where we must insert background music; we really do need your preferred selections.

Your Invitation
We can also include a copy of your invitation if you provide us with one.
Your Own Slide Show
Some clients prepare a slide show or special tribute that they show at their wedding. We can usually include this but there is an additional charge of $100 plus taxes for us to include this on the DVD we prepare for you.
Correct Spelling
We require the exact spelling of the bride and groom as you would like them to appear.
You can drop off or send your photos and/or DVDs to our office at 4950 Yonge Street, Suite 2200, Toronto, Ontario, Canada during regular business hours, any time between 8:30 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.
