Information for your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah Video

Please send us the following information before your Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah so that we can produce your video without delay. All of your original items will be returned to you when we deliver your DVD. Unfortunately, if we do not have this material prior to your wedding, your DVD will be delayed.

Photos for slide show
If we are including growing up photos in your video, they will appear as a slide show at the beginning of the video. There are no rules around the order but if you do have a particular preference, please number the prints on the back from one to the last number. Do not use a marker. You can send us up to twelve photos; please number them 1-12.

Prints are preferred. If you will be sending us digital images on a DVD it is important that they are print quality, not email or web quality. (Just because they can be viewed nicely on your computer monitor does not mean it will look good as a large image on your television since television resolution is lower.)

Photos must be removed from framed prints, regardless of the type of glass. Please do not send us the picture frame.

Music for background
If you have preferred songs you would like us to include, please provide the DVD or an original high quality recording, otherwise we will select the background music for your video. There are several places in the video where we must insert background music; we must have your preferred selections.

Your Invitation
We can also include a copy of your invitation if you provide us with one.

Your Own Slide Show
Some clients prepare a slide show that they show at their party. We can include your slide show but there is an additional charge of $100 plus taxes for us to include this on the DVD we prepare for you.

Correct Spelling
We require the exact spelling of the Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah child as you would it to appear on the video.

You can drop off or send your photos and/or DVDs to our office at 4950 Yonge Street, Suite 2200, Toronto, Ontario, Canada during regular business hours, any time between 8:30 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.
