Good afternoon family and friends. I would like to welcome everyone here this afternoon in celebrating Jonathan's Bar Mitzvah. Jonathan you were great this morning reading your parsha. Jonathan you ..(fill in a few things about Jonathan) At this time, I would like to call on my parents, Stan and Jane to say a few words. Joan welcomes everyone and calls on her parents, Stan & Jane, to say a few words.

Thanks mom and dad. And now before we eat lunch, can Grandpa Kevin please come up and make the moitzi over the challah. (if it is not grandpa, then call up Stan and Jonathan)

Joan asks Grandpa Ben to make the moitzi over the Challah. Joan asks guests to please enjoy their lunch. Everyone, the buffet is open; please enjoy your lunch.

4:30 PM Consultant arrives at the Banquet Hall.

Family arrives at the Banquet Hall.

5:45 - Security Arrive

6:00 Guests arrive (approx. 70 kids / 60 adults)

DJ is playing background music. Simpsons playing on TV Monitors - provided by Joan

Tribute DVD video being shown on screen - (photos looped) Kids play arcade games

Hors D'oeuvres passed around Mini Burgers / Chicken Skewers / Flat Bread Pizza

6:45 / 7:00 PM Games close

DJ - Bob introduces Jonathan into the room. Hora played, family (Jonathan, Joan, Mike ) up on chairs. Long dance set follows.

8:00 Joan introduces herself as MC and says a few words about Jonathan. Joan calls on parents, Stan & Jane to say a few words. Joan asks guests to please enjoy the evening and the food station is now open.

8:15 Food Station opens Pasta / Chicken Fingers / Pizza / Wings Games re-open. Background music played.

9:30 Games Close Joan calls on Jonathan's friends to speak.

Joan calls on Jonathan to say a few words.

Joan asks Jonathan to go to his cake to begin lighting his candles.

DJ - Bob invites family to join in. Bob asks family to take their seats and asks all the kids to come up and help Jonathan blow out the candles.

Bob leads everyone in singing Happy Bar Mitzvah. Dance music continues.

Games re-open.
